A Familiar Team, a New Chapter

For Dr. Foster’s Existing Patients

The Mt. Juliet team remains with Highland Dental as Dr. Le continues the patient-centered practice Dr. Foster built. Dr. Foster is staying on with reduced hours. When you call, our team can explain provider availability and help with questions about your next visit.

Explore our treatment options, from preventive care to restorative treatments such as CEREC same-day crowns. We’ll help you understand what fits your needs and when treatment can be scheduled.

Your Oral Health Guide

A product recommendation should come with a clear explanation. Our guide walks through what common oral care products do, how their features can help, and what to ask before adding one to your routine.

Start with the topic that matters to you. You'll find practical explanations, expandable answers, and a few optional questions to check your understanding. At your visit, we'll help turn that information into a plan that fits your mouth and your day.

Your First Visit

Our front desk team will welcome you and help with any paperwork. Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and a current list of medications. Tell us about your concerns and any changes in your health.

We’ll discuss your concerns and review your medical and dental history. Your dentist will explain any X-rays, photographs, or other records recommended for your examination. Imaging is chosen for your needs; a CEREC digital impression and a three-dimensional X-ray serve different purposes.

Your dentist will explain the findings and discuss your options. The type and timing of your cleaning depend on your gum health and treatment needs. Before you leave, our team will review recommended next steps and estimated costs.

Dental Insurance

Our team can check your specific plan, estimate benefits, and submit claims. Participation and coverage vary by plan. An estimate is not a guarantee of payment; you are responsible for costs your plan does not cover. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

Our Mt. Juliet insurance information lists the plans our team can help you check. Participation depends on the specific plan, network, and treating dentist. Call before your visit, or review our Insurance page.

For patients without dental insurance, our in-house membership plan includes specified preventive services and discounts on eligible treatment. Annual membership dues are listed, along with a $99 activation fee per person at initial enrollment and again after cancellation and rejoining. Membership is not dental insurance. Review the included services, fees, and terms on our Membership Plan page, or ask our team for details.
