Sun Life’s dentist finder can identify your network using your group ID or account sign-in, or let you select it yourself. Its PPO networks include the Sun Life Dental Network and Sun Life Focus Network. Confirm which network applies to you before checking our participation.

Access your account and dental ID card

Sun Life’s member hub links to account sign-in, dental ID cards, claim tracking and dentist search. Use the account linked from Sun Life’s current website to review the benefits for your own plan.

Check the exact dentist and location

Sun Life notes that directory information can change as dentists join or leave a network. Confirm the treating dentist, office location and plan with our team before your visit, even if you have visited the office under a previous dental plan.

Before your visit
