Use your member hub and MyDentalBenefits
After your coverage takes effect, you can create a United Concordia member account. From the member hub, open MyDentalBenefits to review covered services, track claims, access your digital ID card and contact customer service.
Find your plan's network first
Sign in to MyDentalBenefits to see your network name. Then use Find a Dentist to search that network by ZIP code, specialty or other preferences. Share the exact network with our team so we can check the treating dentist and office location for your planned visit.
Explore costs before treatment
In MyDentalBenefits, look under Covered Services for the cost tool. For complex treatment, ask the office for the proposed procedure codes and about submitting a predetermination of benefits. Both tools provide estimates; your plan documents and eligibility determine the final benefit.
